PRICING

Mallory Piercy's hourly rate is $250.00 per hour.

Retainers are required for each of the above services, and range between $1,200.00 - $3,500.00.​

Retainers are placed in trust and billed hourly at $250.00 per hour. If you have a balance remaining in your retainer at the conclusion of your case, the remaining balance of your retainer will be returned to you in full.

Some practice areas, such as Wills & Power of Attorney documents, are billed at a flat fee (contact us for more information).
