PIERCY FAMILY LAW, PLLC
OUR ORIGIN STORY
Mallory Piercy is an experienced family lawyer who represents clients in custody, divorce, support, protection from abuse (PFA), adoption, child advocacy, and prenuptial agreement matters. She has a detailed understanding of the Domestic Code, which largely covers her area of practice, and can advise her family law clients with accuracy and confidence. She is currently accepting new clients in Crawford, Clarion, Forest, Mercer, and Venango Counties.
Mallory is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Venango County Bar Association, where she serves as secretary. She is also a board member of the Franklin Area Chamber of Commerce.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mallory graduated summa cum laude from Clarion University of Pennsylvania (now PennWest Clarion) in 2018. Throughout her undergraduate experience, Mallory interned in the legal department of the Pennsylvania State Education Association for three years, where she developed a passion for advocacy. She was teaching middle school English at DuBois Area Middle School when she was accepted to New England Law | Boston on an academic scholarship. For years, Mallory continued to teach English in the Boston area during the day while attending law school at night. This teaching experience provided critical insight into the psychological impact that custody, divorce, adoption, and all other family law matters have on the everyday lives of parents and their children. Mallory continues to incorporate this background into her practice of law.

During her final semester of law school, Mallory worked as a legal assistant at Lichton & Liss Riordan, P.C. in Boston, Massachusetts, where she was directly involved in cases with complex financial issues and significant discovery involved. She was one of the first to work on the lawsuit against Elon Musk and his discriminatory treatment of women at Twitter/X. During her breaks from law school, Mallory dedicated her time to her community, spending countless hours interning with Virginia Sharp, Esquire, in Franklin, Pennsylvania. Upon her graduation from law school, she began as an associate family lawyer at Dale Woodard Gent McFate Law Firm, where she continued to develop her knowledge and practice.
The amount of family lawyers in our rural community is dwindling, but the need is higher than ever. Mallory has spent her entire career working with families and defending your rights. Piercy Family Law will do everything in its power to efficiently conclude your case with what you're entitled to and more.

Mallory grew up in Rockland, Pennsylvania, and continues to reside locally. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their son, as well as traveling and working in her garden.
